Imagine standing at the pinnacle of Chimney Rock, gazing down upon the sprawling valley below. My wife and I had the privilege of experiencing this breathtaking sight firsthand. We chose to descend via the stairway path, a decision we would soon come to cherish. The stairs, I must say, were truly awe-inspiring. Each step brought us closer to nature's masterpiece, affording us the opportunity to pause and immerse ourselves in the panoramic view from varying heights. This was but one of the remarkable stops we encountered on our descent from the summit of Chimney Rock.

well done grand landscape. The experience you describe is the main thing. I like when that happens. Driven past this area a couple of times on I-95 when Judy & I visited her parents in Florida. Your series of images make me wish we had slotted some time to stop.
